Khao Kradong Forest Park And Reservoir

Located 6 kilometres from Buriram City on the Buriram-Prakhon Chai road (Highway No. 219), Khao Kradong is an extinct, 265 meters high volcano. Its peak may be reached via the steps leading to Phra Suphattharabophit, the golden Buddha. It may also be reached by vehicle via road that winds up Khao Kradong (upon entering the grounds, veer right). The road is also suitable for pedestrians. A number of Buddhas will be found along the way up and down.

The peaceful Kradong Reservoir is located below Khao Kradong. Upon entering the grounds, travel on the road to your left.  It is easily accessed by foot and vehicle.
